This tenth quarterly narrative report of the project covers the period December 2019 to February 2020. It gives an in-depth account of final activities carried out during the quarter, results attained, challenges encountered as well as recommendations to inform future intervention. As an institution we remain grateful by extending our thanks and appreciations to the County Health Team and the Bong PACS team for the warm and cordial working relationship we continue to enjoy from them under this project.
