This eight quarterly narrative report of the project covers the period June 3, to 31th August 2019. It gives an in-depth account of final activities carried out during quarter, results attained, challenges encountered as well as recommendations to inform future intervention. DEN-L remains grateful and want to extend its thanks and appreciations to the County Health Team, especially the Community Health Service unit, the District Health Teams of our intervention and the Bong PACS team for the warm and cordial working relationship we continue to enjoy from them under this project. Their technical support, expertise, and guidance provided us served as the foundation for the elements contained in this report. Finally, we also want to appreciate the Partnership Team of PACS and YMCA for the online coaching and mentoring whenever there was an issue in the field that needed their input.
